INDUSTRIA Y DESARROLLO GAMAX, S.L. is a company that develops its activity in the advertising gift market, providing services to Companies, Self-Employed, Public Administrations and Individuals.

We focus our efforts on strengthening our position at the national level and expanding the export of our products to international markets. The organization has set the objective of consolidating itself in the sector as a global provider of personalization systems and as a supplier to the tourism industry of personalized products. We offer a wide range of machinery and consumables that help people in creating businesses and livelihoods. To achieve this, we have a human team that takes care of the logistics management and marketing of the catalogue with rigor and specialization. This specialization allows us to have the best tools to deliver a quality product to the market within the required time frame.

The Management is totally convinced of the usefulness and importance that the implementation of a Quality Management System represents for the company, within a framework of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. This is why we have carried out a process of implementing a Quality Management System, achieving certification in the UNE EN-ISO 9001 standard in October 2019.

In accordance with the legal requirements and specifications of the standard, we have established a solid quality management system, which enriches the culture and values of the company, based on these nine pillars:

Implement, develop and maintain a Quality Management System in the control of processes that allows us to measure, compare and evaluate our activity and our services, in order to meet the set objectives and adequately develop the established plans.
Follow the evolution of the market and satisfy the expectations of our internal and external clients, providing them with value and even anticipating their needs, achieving their trust with our vocation and quality of service.
Management's commitment to the Quality Management System is aimed at achieving positive business results, seeking growth, sustained profitability and success through effective management of resources.

Guarantee the quality of our products and compliance with established delivery times.
Satisfy the legal and regulatory requirements, and others subscribed to by the organization, as well as the commitments acquired with the client.
